Building a Jewish Future

Our Judaic Studies program inspires every child to develop a lifelong love of Torah, mitzvot, Jewish values, Am Yisrael, Medinat Yisrael, and the Hebrew language. As a Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School, we are committed to nurturing knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate Jewish leaders who embrace Torah while engaging thoughtfully with the world around them.

From Nursery through Eighth Grade, students experience Judaism as a vibrant and meaningful way of life. Through daily Tefillah, Torah study, Hebrew language, Chumash, Navi, Mishnah, Halacha, and the celebration of Shabbat and Chagim, our students build a strong Jewish identity grounded in learning, faith, and action. Jewish values are woven into every aspect of the school day, creating an environment where Torah is not only studied, but lived.

Throughout the year, students participate in meaningful programs and celebrations that mark important milestones in their Jewish education. In First Grade, each child receives a Siddur during a moving ceremony celebrating the beginning of a lifelong connection to prayer. In Second Grade, students are presented with their first Chumash, recognizing their growth in Torah learning. By Sixth Grade, students lead the school community in a beautiful Model Seder, demonstrating their knowledge of the Haggadah and the traditions of Pesach.

As students mature, they assume greater responsibility as Jewish leaders. Seventh Graders lead the school’s Yom HaShoah commemoration, while Eighth Graders guide the community in observing Yom HaZikaron, honoring Israel’s fallen soldiers and victims of terror. Students celebrating a Bar or Bat Mitzvah are recognized by the school community and have opportunities to lead Tefillah, read from the Torah, and share a Dvar Torah with their peers. Each milestone is celebrated with warmth and pride, reinforcing the values of Torah, leadership, and service that our students carry with them long after graduation.

Our goal is that every graduate leaves with a deep commitment to Torah and mitzvot, a love for the Jewish people and the State of Israel, strong Hebrew language skills, and the confidence to continue learning, leading, and living a meaningful Modern Orthodox Jewish life.
