About the Parents’ Association

The Parents’ Association

The Lev Jewish Academy Parents Association (PA) is an integral part of our school community, working in partnership with our administration, faculty, and families to enrich the educational experience of every child.

Our Parents Association plays a vital role in building the warm, welcoming spirit that makes Lev Jewish Academy feel like family. Throughout the year, parent and grandparent volunteers help create memorable programs and events that strengthen our community and celebrate our shared Jewish values. Signature events include our Welcome Back Celebration, Erev Shabbat Lunch, Purim Carnival, Model Seder, Yom HaAtzmaut Celebration, Lag BaOmer Barbecue, and many other educational, cultural, and family programs.

The Parents Association also supports new families through our Buddy Program and Welcome Baskets, coordinates Staff Appreciation initiatives throughout the year, and recognizes our dedicated faculty and staff with Chanukah and end of year gifts. These meaningful traditions help foster lasting relationships and create a vibrant school community where every family feels welcomed and connected.

The Parents Association is funded through annual membership dues and fundraising initiatives. Every dollar raised is invested back into programs, events, and experiences that enhance student life and strengthen our school community.

The success of the Parents Association depends on the generosity, enthusiasm, and involvement of our families. Whether volunteering at an event, serving on a committee, sharing ideas, or lending a helping hand, every contribution makes a meaningful difference. Parents, grandparents, and extended family members are warmly encouraged to become involved and help continue the traditions that make Lev Jewish Academy such a special place.
